I love the emotion in this shot. Her pose is perfect, and she makes a great subject. I like the black and white effect, as well as the extra shadows around her midsection. The angle is also very interesting, good job!
However, I do not like that her right arm seems to be a little extra blurry. It is a bit distracting.
Also, I wish that I could see the rest of her head and maybe some more hair.

Still, this is a great photo, and good luck entering it in contests!
